Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at KOKODI Toys! Once you've placed your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location and customs clearance, with an estimated range of 2-15 business days for most locations.

Delivery Times:

  • USA, UK, EU: 3-12 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days from the date of order processing.

We ship from our warehouses in the US, EU, and Hong Kong. Once your product clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

Note:

  • Orders from the USA are shipped from our US warehouse.
  • Orders from other regions are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, and delivery times may exceed 10 days due to longer shipping processes.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is processed and ready to be shipped. You can track your order using the email address provided on our Track Order page.

Please double-check your shipping and billing information to avoid any delays. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-3 business days.

Package Delivery

Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door, but delivery depends on the courier's discretion. If the location is deemed unsafe, they may hold your package at the post office or schedule a re-delivery. To avoid any issues, we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to update. If the tracking does not update but you still receive the package, please contact us if it has not arrived after the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, customers can choose from the following shipping options:

  1. Expedited (2-7 business days): $10.00
  2. Standard (3-15 business days): Free

We work with various logistics partners, including Amazon FBA, 4PX, DHL, UPS, and YUNEXPRESS, to ensure timely delivery.

International Taxes and Duties

For customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These fees are not collected by KOKODI Toys and cannot be refunded. We ship international orders as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on fees.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@kokoditoys.com. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, especially if the order has already been processed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it to the correct address or issue a refund (minus shipping costs).

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our returns policy for details on how to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund will have delivery and return shipping costs deducted.

Package Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to begin an investigation. We are not responsible for lost items when the tracking shows the package has been delivered to the correct address.
