Fun to play with and great for learning. Some of the words along with the matching pictures are a little difficult for little ones. I just take out the ones that I find would be to difficult. Their are plenty of cards so that did not matter. Will try the others when my grandson is older.

The battery life is actually pretty long in between charges. It brings a ton of cards and reads the words out loud as they swap them out. My son's even speaking more after using them so much. Definitely worth buying and super affordable if your looking for a good gift

This reader works very well. I gifted it to 2 and 3 year old children and they stayed interested for quite a while. The brain retains information when sight, hearing, and hand manipulation are employed. This little electronic reader is wonderful. The only drawback is that the box states that the battery is not replaceable. I do not know how long the battery will last, but it will be virtually useless once it does. The manufacturer should have considered the long term.

I used these as a stocking stuffer for my toddler. She really enjoys using this in the car. I love that it is getting her familiar with words and letters. It has a large variety of words and works pretty well. I gave it 4 stars because the voice is kind of robotic and sometimes the words are not correct. It is small enough to take along places and comes with a nice carrying case for all the cards. For the price, it is totally worth it.
